How funny! I was just reading yesterday about oysters. They used to be abundant (and therefore cheap) in the waters that surround Manhattan. What happened? Quite frankly, we ate them all, which is why oysters are now a delicacy because they need to be imported from other places and are not so widely available. Your stuffing sounds great! Hope you had a nice holiday.
